Mosaic Samples -Theme Love

Sky Eyes

You came into my life, one cold afternoon
As I walked that clanky subway home.
Yet, I never imagined,
What a fateful meeting that would be
And when I saw you again,
My heart skipped a beat or two.

Don’t Want Retribution or Revenge

Sometimes, when I think how love can turn to hate,
I have to hold my breath,
So they don’t hear me cry.
I don’t want to live with that poison in this world.
I wanna live fearless,
In a world where everyone lives in love and peace.

The first one I wrote for someone who turned my life and heart inside out, and was a catalyst for a lot of personal growth.  Some connections just blow you away and turn life upside down and inside out, change you, force you to grow and grow up, God uses them to force change, and they don’t always make sense.

The second one is an observation of how people can turn bitter on life after a bad experience and how I really prayed I would never allow anything like that to happen to me and I think I have succeeded.  I may hate what people do, but I pray for the Shalom of every person and their transformation in and through Christ every day.

  1. It depends on what you are writing about and how much time you are willing to put in. Philosophy, poetry, songwriting/music, and spirituality have always come very naturally, so the time comes in more on doing external research for any of the articles on the philosophy and such.

  2. Incredible! This blog looks exactly like my old one! It’s on a
completely different subject but it has pretty much the same layout and design. Wonderful choice
    of colors!

  3. І don’t еven know how Ι ended սp ɦere, ƅut I

Did you create this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it
for you? Plz reply as I’m looking to construct my own blog and would like to know where u got this from.

  6. First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I’d like
to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself
and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my
thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing
but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure
out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Appreciate it!

  7. Thank you so much. I recorded my own meditation and affirmations based on my faith and listen to it in the morning, afternoon and evening to keep myself grounded and in spiritual center, as well as my channels to intuition and the divine open, so I can be inspired. I don’t have a fixed schedule to writing. I write as I am moved to write, when I am moved to write.

  8. What you composed mаde a gгeat deal ߋf sense. But, cοnsider tɦis, suhppose ʏoս weгe to write a killer headline?
Ι am not suggesting уour іnformation іs not gߋod., but what if you added something tɦat makeѕ people wnt more?
I mean Mosaic Samples-Poetry | Katherine Appello Arts іs а littlе boring.

You сould glance at Yahoo’s fгont paǥe and ѕee ɦow they create
article headlines tо grab people to open the links.

You might tгy adding а video ߋr a picturte
or twο to grab people intereѕted аbout what you’ve written. In my opinion, it woսld bring yiur posts a lіttle bit mߋге interesting.

  9. Wow, superb blog layout! How long have you been blogging for?
you made blogging look easy. The overall look of your website is wonderful, let alone the content!

  10. I have been browsing online more than 3 hours these days, but I never found any interesting article like yours.
It’s lovely worth enough for me. In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made good content
as you probably did, the net might be much more useful than ever before.

  11. My programmer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on a variety of websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform.
I have heard great things about

Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it?

Any help would be really appreciated!

  15. I believe what you composed was actually very logical.
But, think about this, suppose you typed a catchier title?
I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your blog,
however what if you added a title to possibly get people’s attention? I mean Mosaic Samples-Poetry – Katherine Appello – Inspiration is kinda plain. You should peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they
write article titles to get people to open the links.

You might add a related video or a pic or two to get readers
excited about what you’ve written. In my opinion, it would
bring your blog a little bit more interesting.

  16. sorry I have not looked at comments in ages. I realize I need to shorten titles, do a better job with titles. That was the title of my poetry book. Even for the book, needed changing.

  17. I like to write about what is dearest to my heart, what I have experienced that allows me to share insight etc… with others.
