Keeping Them Occupied

Often parents are trying to figure out how to keep their toddlers busy, especially on bad weather days.  Young kids need to be taught some crucial lessons and if parents can engage in activities where they also learn and grow as they help their kids to grow.  I see how my neighbor, now a single mom due to divorce, is always looking for ways she can keep engage with her daughter and engage her daughter through different activities.  It can be hard to figure out also what kids like to do, since we each have our own personality etc…, so maybe try a few and see which the kids are most drawn to and try a few more, see what resonates.
