Slowing Down

Whether on a global family, community, globe scale, there will be things that happen to give us a wake up call.   My insurance  my doctors have insisted, as has my insurance case worker, being on SSDI one was assigned to me, that I use a cane to balance myself when I walk, so I got the Huricane Cane.  I started using it two days ago and it dawned on me that I am not good at living in the moment and really appreciating the world around me.  As I have to take my time with the cane, I am really trying to take things in.   Life has a way of slowing us down if we don’t slow ourselves down, keep that in mine and I will do.
