Emotional Healing Tips

Physical wounds can be seen, can be healed with some ointment, or even some natural herbal remedy, and are often visible to the naked eye.  However, the emotional wounds are not so visible and many of have them, these inner scars.  At some point, it’s important to recognize them and how they affect our lives  Now with this latest global crisis, scars may have become even deeper, etc.., but they don’t have to control us and that for me anyone has been a tough lesson to learn.  It is an important one I am having to learn.  When you are ready to face those scars, to acknowledge them and make changes to heal them, your life, here are some tips for how to go about it.
