Greatest Freedom

Freedom can have any number of meanings to different people.  As I look at my life, see how childhood baggage, fear held me back from truly discerning my path, and realizing my full potential I realize something important.  I realize that my greatest prison was fear and my greatest liberator was faith, Christ because that along with prayer, meditation set me free from fears, from baggage.  Once we can be free of that, then we can be truly free, free to hope, believe, dream, achieve, have a solid, healthy path forward.  May we all find this, especially in troubled times, this constructive freedom.

Born in New Jersey, August 1965, this Italian-American has always had a great interest in music, particularly the Oldies, Country and Ethnic music, including Irish. For over 10 years Ms. Appello passionately taught ESL to students of varying ages. Grounded if her faith and spirituality, Katherine endured a range of issues, including a great deal of pain, which was finally diagnosed to be associated with Fibromyalgia.
