Law of Vibration and Emotions
Law of Vibration is the second law of the Laws of the Universe. Law of Vibration states that anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into and analyzed in its purest and most basic form, consists of pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory frequency or pattern. All matter, thoughts and feelings have its own vibrational frequency. The emotions, feelings and actions we choose also have their own particular rates of vibration. In other words, your thoughts are inseparably connected to the rest of the universe. “Like attracts like”. As you choose good thoughts, more good thoughts of alike nature will follow and you will also be in vibrational harmony with others with like thoughts.
The circle represents your life, the whole of you. The pieces of the pie, or spokes, are the part of your life: the areas, roles, or aspects of the whole. You assess those aspects and create a graphic like the one here to see how balanced your life is. Law of Vibration is clearly aligned with the emotional segment in the wheel of life. Happy is where everything including emotions seems normal. Happiness is where we all want to be. What we are doing is succeeding. There is a routine that works. We are comfortable.
Certainly, we know that if work is the most important thing and you are ignoring your emotions with your family, it’s unhealthy and can be disastrous. Some teach to let go of selfish desires to be happy and free of suffering. More modern psychologists (students of the psyche, the mind or soul) talk of the life tasks of self-identity, spirituality, the need for self-actualization, and coming to terms with the cosmos.
Regardless of your thoughts about the spirit part of body, mind and spirit, you know that being self-centred or centred on one part of your wheel is unhealthy and unbalanced. Make wholeness, real health, your singular purpose and get centred on what’s really at the centre of your being. You might find that balance starts happening on its own.
Depending on the type of emotions, some emotions have more and varied aspects. The nature of the aspects are up to you and usually identify parts, areas, roles, needs or dimensions different types of emotions like
Again, the idea is to assess these parts of yourself or your life to see if there are important things you’ve been neglecting or things you’ve been giving too much of yourself to. Try to think of yourself as part of everything around you to live in accordance with this law. We are all one, and awareness of this makes us more powerful as well as more empathetic.
The Wheel of Life teaches that we cannot get happy and stay happy. Change always comes. Change brings growth. The emotions of change are expected and normal. They cannot be avoided. Looking for and accepting them in yourself and others helps work through the process of change.
