Letting Go

Regret could have, should have and all that, well it plays like a loop at times and I have to purposely remind myself to let go, release the regrets, the could have and should have.  I have to make a conscious effort, via prayer, via meditation.  Letting go doesn’t come naturally and I am still in the process of truly letting go.  I am not sure when I will learn to totally let go and give it all up to God.  I am a work in progress, but each day I make greater progress and that is what matters. Amen


Born in New Jersey, August 1965, this Italian-American has always had a great interest in music, particularly the Oldies, Country and Ethnic music, including Irish. For over 10 years Ms. Appello passionately taught ESL to students of varying ages.
