Mindfulness for a A Day

One important thing that defines spiritual awakening is appreciation, divine gratitude.  However, in the craziness of our daily lives, or if we have chronic health issues, this notion of gratitude may get lost, and it’s crucial to get back to that.  Here are some ways we can do that.  Nature, the food, etc.. we are blessed with are things we should be aware of.  I hope we can take a look at our lives each day and find things to celebrate, be thankful for.  These tips here are a good starting point, and I hope you will join me in gratitude for a day to start and perhaps share your experience with me.
