Promise Yourself

We often make resolutions for the new year and often most if no all of them fall flat.  What if we didn’t make resolutions?  What if instead, we make promises to ourselves for personal growth and development, getting slightly out of our comfort zone.  Here are a few promises we can make to ourselves.  Not to say it’s easy to forgive the past or to now compare ourselves to others.  If we want a better life, world, we might need to do just that.



Born in New Jersey, August 1965, this Italian-American has always had a great interest in music, particularly the Oldies, Country and Ethnic music, including Irish. For over 10 years Ms. Appello passionately taught ESL to students of varying ages. Grounded if her faith and spirituality, Katherine endured a range of issues, including a great deal of pain, which was finally diagnosed to be associated with Fibromyalgia.
