Recordings August 13th, 2016

I have never been a very religious person, but I have always been a philosopher and spiritual, meditating, reflecting, still having clear lines about what defines things such as gender, marriage and certain other things.  I also have great faith in the ability of the Holy Spirit to guide, to transform and so much more.  I know that I can do what I do, despite the Fibromyalgia pain, fatigue etc..because of the guidance, and the faith that keeps me centered.  For that I am very grateful.

Keep in mind, they are home based recordings, recorded in my living room, while trying not to wake my 92 year old mom, asleep in the next room, so the full range of my vocals etc.. is not able to be really let loose.  One of my goals is to get to a financial plus where I can have a co-working space where there is a recording studio, or enclosed private space and properly record.  I will be re-recording Gossamer Wings, slightly tweaked, adding a bridge, and posting that in the next week and tweaking one or two other pieces, also adding a bridge and recording them. In addition I am preparing the coaching audio pieces, with a meditative component, that I hope to share with you, starting in September.

Namaste, Shalom and Amen.  Please Prayerfully consider supporting this blog.

Born in New Jersey, August 1965, this Italian-American has always had a great interest in music, particularly the Oldies, Country and Ethnic music, including Irish. For over 10 years Ms. Appello passionately taught ESL to students of varying ages. Grounded if her faith and spirituality, Katherine endured a range of issues, including a great deal of pain, which was finally diagnosed to be associated with Fibromyalgia. The essence and the power of music, of words, allow Katherine to overcome these struggles each and every time. We are all blessed to have Katherine’s strength, wisdom, and words to write “Pray For Me Tonight’
