Down in the gutter of our mind is your subliminal consciousness which consists of our subconscious and unconscious mind. In this area of the brain are hidden secrets, which if we explore find answers to a lot of our questions.
This comes from learning techniques that assist with exploring the subliminal mind. Some do well with meditation while others find meditation more difficult.
We must learn techniques so on different levels wecan adapt, in order to explore the subliminal mind. If our body and mind is reluctant to certain techniques, we can guide our body and mind to join in the action.
If we find it difficult to meditate for example, we can instead do some guided relaxation strategies to encourage meditation. We will need to practice so that we adapt to probing into deep thoughts.
Meditation and reflective practices are the process of guiding the mind and body to relax, yet once we are relaxed, we can go into a deep meditative state of mind. Some people enjoy meditation to relax, while others will use it to explore the subliminal mind.
Let’s learn meditation to practice subliminal exploring. If find it hard to meditate then we need to practice some guided relaxation steps first. Otherwise, we ca follow these procedures.
How to meditate effectively:
First, we find a quiet area, remove all distractions from you environment. We then ind a restful position on our bed, couch, et cetera. Once in a relaxed position, close our eyes.
Once we close our eyes, we begin a visualization process. Begin visualizing our toes. Think about how we feel as you imagine our toes. Work up the length of our body and focus the response. Inhale and exhale, breathing naturally. Monitor chest activities as we begin the breathing processes.
Continue breathing naturally and relax. Next, we move to focus on somewhere we’d like to be now. For example, if weenjoy beaches, imagine ourselves at a sandy beach on a beautiful sunny day. We let the sand creep into between our bare toes. Feel the sensations of nature over our flesh.
We visualize the sunbeams dancing off our body. Feel the sensation of heat as it takes us to a warm, sunny day. Let the splashes of crisp, clear water from the ocean touch our toes and feet. Take a deep breathe and think about the coolness on our flesh.
Once we have felt nature touch your skin, we continue to meditate. At first, thoughts may roam. Let it go. Don’t try to repress any thoughts, since this is the prime reason that the subliminal mind buries hidden messages that creates the self.
Once relaxed, think about some problem that are creating a lot of stress, have done for some time. Consider the problem, carefully. Don’t let the problem escape, rather probe into why it’s there. Ask questions. Use self-examination and self-talk. Why do I have this problem? What caused the problem? Who caused the problem? How did the problem develop? When did the problem develop? Where did the problem develop?
Think of your questions. Slowly work through each one, starting with where it developed. Probe until there appears to be an answer. Ponder on that. Next, look answers to the other questions and continue until there is clarity on the answers. Practice this tactic each day and work through each problem. Consider the natural processes of healing. It’s a beautiful thing.
